How you can
generate a donation to
Habitat for HumanityIf you select us as your mortgage loan officers, we will make a $200 donation to Habitat for Humanity—if you tell us that you saw this advertisement or if you tell us that you are selecting us to work for you because we make such donations. We can afford to do this because you will be helping us generate additional revenues.
Our donation will go to Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County, 2716 Colby Avenue, Everett, WA 98201, 425-258-6289. I have helped put together several transactions for Habitat, structuring transactions and closing them. I look forward to helping again.
Why do we support Habitat?
- Those who receive Habitat-built homes work hard for them. They are not asking for a handout but a "hand up." They are families with children. They are struggling through a difficult stage of life. It is ironical: When we are young and have children, we need the most money and usually have the least. When we are old, we needs less money but usually have the most.
- Habitat home owners may work on a dozen other homes for other people. When you donate to Habitat for Humanity, you are leveraging your donation.
